Nollywood actress Uche Montana has broken her silence over allegations linking her to the ongoing drug-related controversy involving fellow actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
Taking to her Instagram page on Monday, Montana firmly denied having any connection to the claims that she supplied drugs to Regina Daniels or interfered in the couple’s private affairs.

ator Nwoko, in a lengthy Facebook post, accused several of Regina’s close associates — including actresses Sonia Uche and Uche Montana — of obstructing his wife’s rehabilitation process. According to him, the individuals repeatedly disobeyed doctors’ instructions by visiting Regina during therapy and allegedly providing her with the same substances she was meant to recover from.
Reacting to the claims, Montana described the reports as completely false and damaging.
“My attention has been drawn to a circulating post that appears to link my name to certain claims,” she wrote.
“For clarity, I have no involvement or connection to the situation described. This note is simply to set the record straight and protect my peace.”
Her public denial adds another layer to the already heated drama between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko — a controversy that has continued to dominate social media discussions.
Just two weeks earlier, Regina had made shocking revelations in a viral video, claiming she was a victim of domestic abuse, describing herself as a “slave” in her husband’s mansion.
Senator Nwoko swiftly countered those accusations, alleging that Regina was battling drug and alcohol addiction and had become physically violent toward domestic staff.
In response, Regina fired back, accusing her husband of hypocrisy and claiming that he was the one who introduced her to the substances he now condemns. She further alleged that Nwoko had confined her indoors, confiscated her phones, and forced himself on her when she resisted his control.
